Following a professional swimming career, which includes highlights such as competing in the 2008 & 2012 Olympics Trails as an Olympic Prospect, Karim now co-owns K&K Swim School. With an impressive 18 years of experience in the aquatic industry, his expertise spans from competitive aquatic sports to foundational 'learn-to-swim' programs. K&K Swim School has established operations across various provinces and locations in Canada and extends its services globally through online swim lessons with Watermellow Swim.

Karim is keen to impart his insights derived from his journey. He possesses a notable aptitude for cultivating positive relationships and identifying synergies with potential collaborators. With a vision for the future, he seeks to bridge the gap between the venerable pioneers of Canada's swim industry and the avant-garde swim specialists introducing transformative trends.

Currently based in Montreal, Karim has plans to further engage with the children's activity sector in Quebec, aiming to collaborate with industry leaders and professionals to shape the future of the Canadian Swim School Association (CSSA).
